Nasser Al Jaber Contracting (NAJCO) is urgently seeking skilled and dependable personnel to join an offshore project based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This opportunity is open to professionals with relevant offshore experience who are ready to contribute to critical operations on site.

Available Positions

We have multiple vacancies across different roles, each requiring specific certifications and experience levels. Candidates should be prepared to work in an offshore environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Deck/Rigging Foreman: Candidates must hold OPITO Stage 3 and 4 certifications, with solid experience in offshore deck and rigging operations. Leadership abilities in managing rigging teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards are essential.
• Rigger: Applicants should possess OPITO certification at Rigger Stages 1 and 2, as well as Slinger/Banksman Stages 3 and 4. Offshore rigging experience is highly preferred to ensure smooth and safe handling of equipment.
• General Welder/Fabricator: No formal certification is required for this role, but candidates must demonstrate experience in minor steel cutting, fabrication, and repair tasks. Work will be conducted aboard a cargo barge, requiring adaptability to maritime working conditions.
• Technician/Mechanic: This role demands general mechanical expertise with the ability to support daily deck operations and maintenance activities. Prior offshore experience will be considered an advantage.
