Join I Smart Trading & Technology W.L.L in Qatar as an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant. This role is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to ERP implementations and support across multiple business modules, enhancing operational efficiency for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will play a critical role in understanding and delivering on business requirements. Your main duties include gathering and analyzing client needs, conducting GAP analysis, and preparing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD). You will configure various Odoo ERP modules, deliver user training, and manage key project phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare support. Collaboration with clients and technical teams is essential to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will prepare detailed project documentation and implementation plans to support successful deployments.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions. In-depth knowledge of modules like Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Human Resources, and CRM is crucial. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients are required to effectively conduct workshops, training sessions, and business process analysis. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Qatar.
