We are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser Supervisor to join our FMCG team in Qatar. This role involves leading a dedicated merchandising team to ensure optimal product presentation, stock management, and sales performance at retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will oversee the merchandising operations to maintain high standards. Your duties include:

• Leading and managing the merchandising team to achieve daily objectives.
• Ensuring products are consistently available with excellent shelf visibility.
• Monitoring stock levels, managing expiry dates, and applying FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Maintaining merchandising standards and adherence to planograms across all outlets.
• Conducting regular market visits and inspecting retail locations to uphold brand standards.
• Meeting and driving merchandising targets that support overall sales growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in FMCG merchandising is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and team management skills.
• Great understanding of retail operations and merchandising best practices.
• A valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory to enable local travel for market visits.
• Availability to transfer locally within Qatar as required for the role.
