Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in Qatar on an urgent basis. This is a short-term contract position with a duration of four months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role requires coordination with engineering and construction teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with design plans. The ideal candidate will also be involved in troubleshooting and refining BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling
• Proven ability to work with BIM software and related modeling tools
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
• Immediate availability to start work
• Valid Qatar Identification (QID) is mandatory

Contract Details and Compensation

This role offers a 4-month contract with a competitive monthly salary of 10,000 QAR. The contract may be extended based on project requirements and performance.
