Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Supervisor / Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a female professional with a background in property management or leasing who is ready to take on a leadership position. The successful candidate will oversee leasing activities, drive sales performance, and lead a leasing team to achieve targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the leasing team to ensure smooth operations and achieve monthly leasing targets.
• Facilitate negotiations and close leasing agreements with prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with property management and sales departments to ensure excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor leasing performance and report updates to senior management regularly.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in leasing or property management within the real estate sector.
• Strong sales orientation with excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high professionalism and quality standards.
• Ready to join immediately is preferred.
• A transferable visa along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is essential.
