Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Lead to oversee landscape projects from inception through to completion within Qatar. This role involves managing on-site operations to ensure projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscape projects on-site, maintaining strict quality control and adhering to safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and explain landscape designs, proposals, and project plans using AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Lead project management activities, including landscaping maintenance and construction phases.
• Handle tendering processes encompassing cost estimation, quotations, and bid submissions.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage operational budgets, forecast costs, and implement cost control measures.
• Oversee daily departmental functions and identify opportunities to expand business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, specifically for landscape design purposes.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the landscaping sector.
• Strong ability to handle tender preparation and budget management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates must hold a valid Qatar ID and be available to join immediately with necessary secondment documentation (e.g., AJEERA).
