Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Keyloop DMS Manager to oversee the management and optimization of the Keyloop Dealer Management System within a leading automotive dealership environment in Qatar. This role focuses on ensuring smooth system operations and enhancing dealership workflows for sales, service, and parts departments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the Keyloop DMS system, including configuration, optimization, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with various dealership teams to integrate workflows effectively and maintain compliance with established business processes and reporting requirements. Leading system upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing hands-on user training to ensure thorough adoption of Keyloop modules are also critical aspects of the role. Additionally, maintaining data accuracy, security, and system efficiency will be paramount.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should bring proven hands-on experience with Keyloop DMS or similar dealer management platforms. A deep understanding of automotive dealership operations—covering sales, service, and parts—is essential. Strong skills in system administration and workflow mapping are required to streamline and enhance operational processes. Excellent analytical abilities combined with clear communication skills will allow you to effectively liaise with stakeholders at multiple levels. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
