Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Pipe Fitter to join an offshore project based in Qatar. This role involves hands-on work with pipeline systems and maintenance within an offshore environment. The assignment is immediate and expected to last about three months, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in offshore pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the maintenance, installation, and inspection of offshore piping systems. Core duties include:

• Repairing and maintaining pipe surfaces
• Fitting and installing various pipeline components
• Conducting thorough inspection of offshore pipelines to ensure safety and efficiency

Essential Skills and Certifications

Candidates must possess critical certifications that demonstrate their capability and commitment to offshore safety and operations. Required certifications include:

• T-BOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
• Offshore Safety and Emergency Training certification
• Valid Offshore Medical Certificate

Requirements

Applicants should have between two to three years of offshore experience, ensuring familiarity with the demands of offshore work. Physical fitness is a must, as the role requires stamina and resilience in a challenging environment. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) or passport, accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) allowing offshore employment.
