Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Lead to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role focuses on managing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and driving business growth within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-oriented approach, and experience in preparing tenders and cost estimates to ensure successful project delivery and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
• Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, quotations, and cost estimations accurately
• Manage daily departmental operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support expansion efforts
• Develop strategies to enhance service quality and broaden hospitality sector reach
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective project execution
• Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, and implement cost control measures
• Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction with consistent quality standards

Requirements

• Must be currently located in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
• Immediate availability with secondment letter or AJEERA
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
