Key Responsibilities

The Vendor Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. This includes coordinating vendor registrations, evaluating potential suppliers, and reviewing quotations and proposals to ensure compliance with company standards. Additionally, the role involves thorough follow-up and negotiation to secure favorable terms and support project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or supplier management, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC industries.
• Strong knowledge of vendor prequalification, registration processes, and thorough documentation handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is an advantage.
