Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The openings include Travel Agency Manager, Travel Agent Executives, and Ticketing Agents. Each role demands specific expertise and active contribution to the agency’s smooth functioning and client satisfaction.

• Travel Agency Manager (1 vacancy): Responsible for overseeing daily travel operations and leading sales initiatives. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of IATA regulations, handle supplier contracts, manage corporate B2B relationships, and demonstrate proficiency in GDS platforms.
• Travel Agent Executives (3 vacancies): Tasked with planning holiday packages, managing hotel reservations, facilitating worldwide visa services, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales with excellent customer support.
• Ticketing Agents (3 vacancies): Responsible for airline ticketing processes, fare recalculations, ticket re-issuance and refunds, utilizing systems such as Amadeus or Sabre, and ensuring compliance with routing and fare rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should already be residing in Qatar with a valid QID or transferable visa. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic skills considered an advantage. Immediate availability to join is preferred. The ideal candidates will bring relevant GCC or Qatar-based travel experience tailored to their roles:

• Travel Agency Manager: 5-7 years of leadership experience in GCC or Qatar travel operations and sales.
• Travel Agent Executives: 2-4 years dealing with holiday packages, visa services, and customer management.
• Ticketing Agents: 2-3 years of experience in airline ticketing and fare management using major GDS tools.
