Job Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Sports Flooring Technician to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on the installation and management of sports flooring projects including rubber surfaces, padel, and squash courts. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant Gulf experience and be comfortable working afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of sports facility projects. This includes conducting site visits, taking precise measurements, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with installation teams and suppliers. Ensuring that projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to deadlines is a crucial part of the role. Additionally, the technician will assist with quotations and prepare detailed technical proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sports court and flooring installation
• Strong expertise working with various materials such as turf, glass, steel, lighting, and rubber surfaces
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and accurately calculating required quantities
• Excellent project management capabilities paired with effective communication skills
• Holding a valid Qatar driving license is preferred
