We are seeking skilled Scaffolding Supervisors to join an offshore oil and gas project on an immediate basis. This opportunity offers eight vacancies with a project duration of at least two months. Candidates must hold a valid CISRS Level II Certificate and bring over 10 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency. This includes coordinating with offshore teams, managing scaffolding crews, inspecting scaffold structures, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in scaffolding supervision specifically within oil and gas projects
• Mandatory CISRS Level II certification
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to lead teams effectively in an offshore environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Work Environment

This position is based offshore and requires candidates who can handle challenging work conditions while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
