Budget Qatar is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the company’s fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and operations across multiple branches. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in car rental operations and strong leadership abilities to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Vehicle Maintenance Department to ensure maximum fleet availability and safety standards. You will play a hands-on role in supervising maintenance activities while supporting the General Manager in both day-to-day management and strategic planning. Overseeing all branches is essential to maintain consistent operational excellence. Other duties include monitoring fleet utilization, handling logistics and distribution, streamlining workflows, enforcing company policies, and applying cost-effective operational solutions. The role also requires coordination with workshops, suppliers, and relevant regulatory authorities to guarantee compliance and smooth functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must bring supervisory experience within car rental operations coupled with in-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Proven leadership skills for managing teams across multiple sites are essential. Proficiency in English communication is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage. Candidates should be familiar with fleet management software and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. This position requires residency in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID and driving license.
