Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Painting Inspectors with NACE certification to join a long-term project in Qatar. This role offers a dynamic work environment requiring experienced professionals to ensure coating quality and compliance within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Painting Inspector will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough inspections of painting and coating applications on equipment and structures.
• Verifying surface preparation and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Documenting inspection findings and reporting any non-conformities promptly.
• Collaborating closely with project engineers and contractors to maintain quality control.
• Enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies during inspection activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in field painting inspection roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Mandatory NACE certification, demonstrating expertise in coating inspection.
• Valid RLIC certification for Qatar is required.
• Ability to work 10 hours per day, six days a week, with flexibility for immediate or short notice joining.

Work Schedule and Environment

This position involves working on a long-term project based in Qatar with a demanding schedule of 10-hour shifts, six days per week. Candidates should be ready to adapt quickly to the working conditions and possess a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
