Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and certified Lifting Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Qatar. This role demands a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the field, including at least 4 years specifically in supervising lifting operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid TÜV Lifting Supervisor Certificate and possess strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging procedures, crane operations, and safety standards adhering to international HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all lifting activities on site to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently. You will supervise rigging operations, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and lead teams to maintain high standards of operational excellence. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of lifting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lifting operations
• At least 4 years working as a Lifting Supervisor
• Possession of a valid TÜV Lifting Supervisor Certificate (mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of lifting plans, rigging, and crane operations
• Strong understanding of international health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to start immediately
