Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tenant acquisition efforts to maximize occupancy
• Manage leasing operations to ensure smooth contract execution and renewals
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
• Monitor occupancy levels and provide regular reporting to management
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to support leasing strategies
