Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Welder to join a reputable semi-government company in Qatar. This is a permanent position that requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage welding operations while ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Welder will supervise the daily activities of the welding team, assign specific welding tasks, and closely monitor progress. Coordinating with supervisors, the role involves reporting daily updates to management and ensuring that all welding work complies with project requirements, deadlines, and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Lead Welder or Welding Foreman, demonstrating leadership in a welding environment.
• Hands-on expertise in welding Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel is mandatory.
• Experience in Cupro Nickel, Copper Nickel, or Aluminium welding will be considered an advantage.
• Valid welding certifications accompanied by documented work experience.
• Strong team supervision abilities and good command of English for effective communication.
