Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our dynamic team in Doha. This full-time role requires a candidate with hands-on experience managing government relations and administrative procedures within Qatar’s regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle vital government liaison activities including:

• Managing transactions on Hukoomi and other government portals
• Overseeing company formation, registration, and closure processes
• Handling Commercial Registration (CR) and trade license procedures
• Securing government permits and approvals
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation such as sales agreements
• Coordinating and maintaining follow-ups with various government departments to ensure timely completion of processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a PRO in Qatar, with strong familiarity of local government protocols
• In-depth knowledge of Hukoomi services and business registration requirements specific to Qatar
• Exceptional communication skills paired with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
