We are seeking a skilled Foreman Painter with expertise in aluminium painting and finishing to join a reputable aluminium company based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading painting projects in aluminium works, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman Painter, you will oversee painting and finishing operations, ensuring high-quality standards on all aluminium surfaces. You will coordinate with your team to execute tasks efficiently, monitor work progress, and uphold safety and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in aluminium painting and finishing works
• Ability to manage and supervise painting crews effectively
• Understanding of surface preparation techniques and finishing methods for aluminium
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent workmanship
• Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to painting and finishing environments

Requirements

• Experience in aluminium painting with demonstrable achievements
• Previous work experience in Qatar or the broader GCC region is highly preferred
