We are seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team in Qatar’s New Industrial Area. This role focuses on crafting exquisite bridal bouquets and elegant floral arrangements for weddings and special events. Key Responsibilities

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for selecting and conditioning fresh flowers, designing luxury bridal bouquets, and preparing arrangements that meet client expectations for weddings and other occasions. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and staying current with design trends will be essential to your success in this position.

• Design and create luxurious bridal bouquets and bespoke wedding floral arrangements
• Prepare flowers and decorative materials for events and special occasions
• Ensure top-tier quality, creativity, and presentation in all floral designs
• Maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment
• Keep updated on emerging floral design trends and techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have 4-5 years of proven experience in luxury floral design, particularly in bridal bouquet creation. A strong knowledge of flower types, color theory, and arrangement styles is essential. You should also be comfortable managing multiple orders and working efficiently during high demand periods, including weekends.

• Demonstrated expertise in floral arrangement and bridal design
• Excellent creativity and keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio of past floral designs is mandatory for application
• Availability for immediate start and possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID)
