Flyzone Group is currently seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join their team in Industrial Area 23, Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in workshop operations and a passion for leadership in an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will guide the team in tasks such as engine refurbishing, lathe machining, and metal fabrication, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in engineering or workshop management
• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and supervise workshop staff
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between teams and management
• Preferred knowledge in engine refurbishment, lathe machining, and metal fabrication

Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing workshop activities and demonstrate the ability to handle technical operations with precision. A background in mechanical or industrial engineering fields will be advantageous.
