Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Fleet Coordinator to join a reputable company based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing the company’s vehicles and overseeing driver operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in fleet coordination combined with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements, managing maintenance schedules, and coordinating repairs and servicing of the fleet. You will handle all vehicle documentation including registrations, insurance policies, and inspection reports. Ensuring that drivers follow schedules and safety guidelines is also a crucial part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field
• Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical knowledge
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Familiarity with vehicle documentation such as registration, insurance, and inspections
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory)
