We are seeking skilled welders experienced in the Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) process to join a project based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This opportunity involves working with carbon steel, specifically HMS material, following strict ASME Section IX codes. Key Responsibilities

The selected welders will be responsible for performing high-quality welding using FCAW techniques on carbon steel materials. This includes working on both-side bevel joints with 16 mm plate thickness and applying backing where required. Maintaining adherence to welding codes and ensuring weld integrity through visual inspections and radiographic testing will be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid qualifications in 2G and 3G welding positions (mandatory).
• Holding a 4G certification will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in welding 16 mm thick plates on both-side bevel joints with a 3/2 configuration.
• Experience applying backing during welding processes.
• Capable of passing Visual Inspection (VT) and Radiographic Testing (RT).
