Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Environmental Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a long-term contract basis. This role requires a professional with proven experience in environmental management, ideally with exposure to major international or regional projects. The position is open to local candidates holding a valid Qatar ID (QID), and immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include monitoring environmental impact, implementing management plans according to ISO 14001:2015 EMS standards, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to uphold sustainable practices on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on significant international or regional projects, with prior work in the GCC preferred.
• Educational background including Level 3 or Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management, ISO 14001:2015 EMS-LAC certification, HNC/HND, or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to join immediately with a valid QID is essential.
