Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ELV & BMS Technician with a strong background in maintaining barrier systems. This role demands hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management System) equipment to ensure seamless system functionality across various technologies including access control, CCTV, and intercoms. Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of barrier systems and associated ELV and BMS devices. Duties also include conducting preventive maintenance, carrying out regular inspections, diagnosing technical issues efficiently, and providing prompt on-site support. Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and preparing reports will also be essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working with ELV and BMS systems.
• Proven expertise in maintaining barrier systems is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BMS, Access Control, CCTV, and Intercom systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and deliver timely support.
• Diploma and relevant experience certificates must be submitted with the application.
• Experience within the GCC region is preferred.

Work Schedule and Benefits

The position involves an 8-hour workday with an additional hour, totaling 9 hours daily, and one day off per week. A comprehensive salary package will be offered to successful candidates.
