The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, with the ability to manage general upkeep and emergency repairs efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks across properties
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests, ensuring minimal downtime
• Inspect systems and identify potential issues before they escalate
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Prior exposure to real estate or hospitality sectors is preferred
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID)
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license is mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
