Job Overview

A leading company specializing in Oil & Gas, Offshore, and Marine operations in Qatar is seeking a skilled Crew Coordinator to join their team. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in crewing and crew logistics, focused on supporting offshore operations with precision and efficiency.

Location: Qatar

Nationality Requirement: Indian candidates only

Status: Single status preferred

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crew coordination activities including mobilization and demobilization of offshore personnel. This involves handling crew changes via helicopter, heliport, and crew boats, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication among all parties involved.

Additional duties include:

• Organizing flights, accommodation, transportation, medical arrangements, and offshore access passes
• Ensuring compliance with Qatar visa and immigration protocols
• Coordinating with vessels, offshore teams, clients, and service providers
• Managing Qatar corporate administration tasks such as license and SIM renewals, and government liaison

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven background in crewing and crew coordination within offshore environments
• Thorough understanding of Qatar and GCC operational practices
• Strong problem-solving ability with a resourceful and independent approach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of marine and offshore operational requirements

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in organizations such as Nakilat, Milaha, GAC Qatar, or GWC Qatar, and those familiar with offshore crewing operations in Qatar, will be especially valued.
