We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing cleaning operations within commercial or residential settings, hospitality, or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and safety standards. This includes monitoring and guiding cleaning staff, providing training where needed, and motivating the team to maintain high-quality cleanliness throughout the premises.

Required Skills

• At least two years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in relevant industries.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment use, and health and safety regulations.
• Effective leadership and team management skills to coordinate and inspire cleaning personnel.
• Good communication abilities in English to interact with staff and management.

Job Details

Location: Lusail, Qatar
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary: 3000 QAR (full package)
