Key Responsibilities

As a Driver cum Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team on site, ensuring smooth daily operations, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Your duties will include:

• Driving company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Supervising the attendance and performance of maintenance staff across different properties.
• Handling client communications professionally, including scheduling maintenance services and coordinating emergency responses.
• Performing quality control inspections on completed tasks to guarantee site safety and workmanship standards.
• Overseeing the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles to support operational efficiency.
• Preparing and submitting daily reports to management, highlighting progress and any concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team effectively, maintain clear communication lines with clients, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar supervisory role or in facilities management will be beneficial. Additional valuable skills include:
