Job Overview

We are currently seeking a disciplined and driven Distribution Supervisor to oversee and manage our water delivery operations in Qatar. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain high standards, coordinate daily delivery activities, and ensure all logistics run smoothly without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for directing and managing a team of delivery drivers and helpers, ensuring efficient route planning and dispatching, and upholding strict operational discipline. You will monitor driver performance, enforce safety regulations, maintain delivery schedules, oversee vehicle upkeep, and resolve any on-the-spot issues related to driver disputes or logistical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervisory roles within logistics, fleet management, or beverage/water distribution industries.
• Strong leadership abilities with a firm and decisive approach to management.
• Possession of a valid Qatar Driver’s License.
• Must hold a transferable Qatar ID (QID).
• Immediate availability to join the team.
