Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand and Supply Planning Manager to join our team in Qatar. This is a permanent position offering a competitive monthly salary between QAR 10,000 and 12,000. The role demands immediate availability and offers the opportunity to manage and optimize demand forecasting and inventory control processes to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Demand and Supply Planning Manager will oversee the planning and execution of supply chain activities related to demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ total professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on demand and supply planning or supply chain management.
• Strong proficiency in demand forecasting techniques, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
• Previous experience in the GCC market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Valid and transferable Qatar ID (QID) is required.

Work Schedule

The role requires a commitment of 9.5 working hours per day with weekends off on Friday and Saturday, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
