Job Overview

We are seeking skilled CCTV Operators to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in video surveillance and security monitoring within command centers or similar environments. The role requires monitoring security systems to ensure safety and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operators will be responsible for real-time video surveillance using advanced Video Management Systems (VMS), identifying and reporting incidents, and maintaining security protocols. Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices and Ministry of Interior (MOI) Security Services Department (SSD) regulations is a crucial part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in CCTV monitoring, command center operations, or security systems.
• Proficient in using Video Management Systems and incident reporting tools.
• Certification in Milestone VMS or a similar platform is advantageous.
• Certification in Ipsotek or other video analytics technologies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance with MOI SSD standards.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
