We are looking to hire dedicated Airport Counter Staff to join a reputable organization in Qatar on a 3-year contract basis. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who hold a valid Qatar ID and are eager to develop their career in the aviation service industry.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties involve handling customer service at the airport counter, assisting passengers with check-in procedures, managing ticketing and reservations, and providing accurate information regarding flights. Excellent communication and adherence to airline protocols are essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a Qatar ID holder
• Male, single candidates within the age range of 18 to 24 years
• Prohibition of chains, earrings, or tattoos to maintain professional appearance
• Possession of an Amadeus or IATA certificate to demonstrate proficiency in airline systems and procedures
• Ability to change sponsorship if necessary

Compensation and Benefits

The salary package includes a monthly base pay of QR 1100 along with a food allowance of QR 300. Additional benefits encompass company-arranged transportation, accommodation, and comprehensive health insurance coverage. Work shifts are structured as 10-hour rotations.
