Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on guiding and supporting nursing professionals to successfully pass the HMC–PNS competency examination, playing a crucial part in advancing nursing standards and professional development within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Educator will be responsible for delivering effective clinical training and educational sessions tailored to prepare nurses for certification. Mentoring and coaching healthcare staff to enhance their skills and knowledge will be integral, along with developing educational materials and assessments aligned with HMC standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience as a Nurse Educator, particularly in clinical training and competency preparation
• Strong teaching and mentoring capabilities to effectively support nurses’ learning and examination success
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate learning and professional growth
• Must currently reside in Qatar and possess a valid Qatar Identification (QID)
