Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health Support Associate with a background in medicine to join our insurance sector team in Qatar. This opportunity welcomes MBBS fresh graduates seeking to start their career in the medical insurance field. Male candidates holding valid Qatar QID with Secondment are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing medical claims and pre-authorizations efficiently, ensuring each case meets the standards based on policy and medical history. Managing high-cost and hospital admission cases with accuracy and maintaining continuous coordination with hospitals and healthcare providers is essential. You will also be required to maintain confidential medical records and consistently achieve TAT (Turn Around Time) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS degree or Bachelor’s in Medicine
• Experience ranging from freshers to five years in a related field
• Understanding of medical terminology and insurance policies
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding systems
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications

Preferred Candidates

Preference will be given to candidates of Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Tunisian, Yemeni, Algerian, or Moroccan nationality.
