Our client is seeking skilled Pharmacists to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for dedicated pharmacy professionals with a minimum of two years of experience, keen on contributing to retail healthcare services. The positions are full-time and based on retail shifts, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play a crucial role in delivering quality pharmaceutical services. Key duties include:

• Providing expert patient counseling to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Accurately reviewing and dispensing prescriptions while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including inventory control and stock management.
• Ensuring compliance with Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations and maintaining confidentiality and patient safety.
• Offering excellent customer service and handling inquiries professionally as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree, with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) preferred. Holding a valid Qatar MoPH pharmacist license is mandatory, or candidates should be eligible for licensing following the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) evaluation.

A minimum of two years’ professional experience after pharmacy council registration is required, ideally in community pharmacy settings. Completion of Prometric or NPQE exams is advantageous for both BPharm and MPharm holders.

Applicants should have strong communication and customer service skills and be willing to work flexible retail shifts. Local availability in Qatar with a transferable residence permit or visa is essential.
