A well-established trading and contracting company in Qatar is seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contracts, litigation, and corporate law, with a comprehensive understanding of Qatar’s legal framework and judicial system.

Key Responsibilities

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing company legal documents and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will provide expert legal counsel on contractual matters, handle litigation processes, and support corporate governance to safeguard the company’s interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in contracts, litigation, and corporate law.
• Proficient knowledge of Qatar’s laws and judicial procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
• Ability to effectively draft, interpret, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Change of sponsorship status is mandatory.
