We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role is ideal for candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, looking to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be providing essential support for Windows-based systems and network configurations, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage workstation setups, system configurations, and troubleshooting tasks. You will assist users in resolving technical issues and support network systems to maintain business continuity. Working closely with the IT team, you will help implement solutions that improve overall system performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
• Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and network systems.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus, enhancing your qualifications.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any closely related discipline. Practical experience, combined with relevant certification, will be highly regarded.
