Job Overview

Power International Holding is seeking a skilled IT Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and develop innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives. The role involves designing integrated systems and overseeing the management of the organization’s IT solution portfolio, supporting the organization’s ability to respond effectively to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Solutions Architect will create and design solution architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Responsibilities include researching current systems and developing compatible solutions, engaging directly with clients to showcase solutions, address inquiries, and resolve development challenges. Additionally, the architect will offer guidance and consulting support to application architects to guarantee that projects remain consistent with the enterprise architecture framework.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Extensive knowledge across various technologies and processing environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and related platforms such as Business Intelligence, POS systems, and their deployment.
• Understanding of network systems, PC operating systems, and programming languages.
• Awareness of emerging technology trends and options.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with a solid grasp of application development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and bring at least ten years of progressive experience in IT, including a minimum of five years working proficiently across at least two of the following areas: technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or IT operations. Prior experience in the GCC region for at least three years is preferable.
