Job Title: IT Executive – Hospitality Industry
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-time

Swiss-Belhotel is looking for an energetic and skilled IT Executive with experience in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hotel software systems (PMS)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hotel systems and staff
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and devices
• Ensure smooth operation of hotel management systems (PMS/POS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
• Coordinate with external vendors when required
