Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization of aviation professionals, ensuring a smooth and compliant process from start to finish. This entails working closely with Operations and Planning teams to confirm the readiness and deployment of new hires. Managing high-volume recruitment and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to assess and meet manpower needs are critical aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• A minimum of 9 years experience in HR management, particularly within high-volume recruitment environments.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing recruitment and workforce mobilization.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and employees.
