We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support our manpower business development initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the human resources field, specifically focusing on workforce planning and talent management in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will assist in identifying businesses with current or upcoming manpower needs, particularly in the oil and gas industry. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of manpower demands and professional profiles. Additionally, you will support coordination efforts related to meetings, interviews, site visits, and onboarding processes.

Documenting follow-ups and tracking engagement progress will be part of your daily tasks to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Educational Requirements
