Key Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks spanning HR and operations:

• Screening candidates and arranging interviews efficiently
• Coordinating recruitment efforts and maintaining follow-up communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Drafting, organizing, and updating HR-related documents and files
• Scheduling operational activities and liaising between different teams to ensure alignment
• Tracking and maintaining records for tasks and deadlines to guarantee timely execution
• Providing daily operational and administrative support as needed to enhance team productivity
