Job Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from QAR 3,500 to 5,500 and is best suited for individuals with experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative functions. Candidates who can join immediately will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves supporting various recruitment processes and office administration duties. You will coordinate with international agencies and clients to facilitate smooth hiring operations. Managing recruitment correspondence, tracking candidate progress, and scheduling Zoom interviews are essential tasks. Additionally, you will monitor visa statuses and oversee candidate processing, including follow-ups with QVC and the Ministry of Interior.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write professional emails
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
• Immediate availability is a definite plus
