Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging training programs tailored to meet organizational needs. This includes conducting training needs assessments, supporting learning and development initiatives across multiple departments, and collaborating closely with management to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and suggesting improvements will also be a key part of the role. Maintaining accurate training records, reports, and development plans is essential to this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development roles. Strong communication and facilitation skills are crucial, along with excellent interpersonal abilities and organizational skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role also demands strong presentation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and engage learners effectively.
