Our well-established construction company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of solid HR experience, preferably within the construction sector, and possess a strong understanding of Qatar’s labor laws and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

The HR professional will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and overall HR administration. A critical aspect of the role involves handling government-related documentation and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also requires managing blue-collar and site-based employees efficiently, ensuring effective communication and smooth HR operations within the company.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated HR experience, ideally in the construction industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and relevant HR regulations.
• Strong grasp of employee rights, contracts, leave management, benefits, and disciplinary procedures.
• Familiarity with government HR requirements and documentation procedures in Qatar.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, managing employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Background in managing blue-collar and site-based workforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle HR matters independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English and Indian languages is essential.
