Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of HR experience, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of HR administrative duties and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Organizational abilities with a capacity to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
• Immediate availability is preferred to ensure seamless onboarding and transition.
• A valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable sponsorship is mandatory for consideration.
