Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join a prominent Facility Management company based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human resources operations, particularly within the Facility Management industry, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s workforce management and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee the full recruitment cycle for both technical field staff and corporate roles, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Managing employee relations will be a core part of this position, including handling performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner.

Ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law, Ministry of Labour regulations, and internal HR policies is essential. The role also involves developing strategies for workforce planning to meet the company’s staffing needs while enhancing employee retention. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, training, and development across both field and office teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 12 to 15 years in human resources with at least 3 to 5 years dedicated experience in the Facility Management industry.
• Proficient knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and hands-on experience working with the Ministry of Labour.
• Strong expertise in HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits management.
• Excellent communication skills along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Transferable Qatar visa is mandatory.
