Key Responsibilities

The Assistant HR Manager will play a critical role in managing recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations. Additional duties include overseeing performance management, coordinating training and development initiatives, and handling payroll and HR operations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies, administering compensation and benefits, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have an MBA in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, along with 10 to 15 years of proven HR experience. Proficiency in HR software and systems is essential, complemented by strong leadership and communication abilities. The role demands excellent coaching skills and a deep understanding of compliance, compensation structures, and conflict resolution techniques.
